Our xmas escape was simply wonderful! the accommodation was cozy and comfortable, guaranteeing us a well-deserved rest. Being surrounded by absolute silence was priceless. Their delicious food is unmissable, especially the fish and fruits that were always fresh and local. we were incredibly impressed with the location - the natural beauty of the forest was absolutely breathtaking. To top it off, the guide was fantastic! His knowledge of the area was excellent, and we never would have seen so many amazing animals without his expertise.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like about our trip. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn, leaving us feeling completely satisfied with our experience.

The place is somehow close to the center and to Trindade square. the view from the rooms is nice, but there are no balconies. Rooms are being cleaned twice a day and the beds are somehow comfortable. Breakfast is good and includes some local fruits.

The service doesn't meet the guests' expectations.

We had an amazing stay with delicious food with local ingredients, cozy and clean rooms cleaned twice a day, plus a fantastic local guide who spoke fluent English and Spanish and was passionate about showing us the amazing animals in the forest. The hotel is either close to or in the center of this city and conveniently located not far from Trindade square with parking available.

We took a romantic escape and had some good things to say about the place. The food was really delicious and made with local ingredients. The rooms were always spotless, cleaned twice a day. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, and we could enjoy the silence. , the tourist guide was really passionate about the forest and knew a lot about it.

We had a few issues with some things. The staff was not very welcoming, and sometimes seemed uninterested.
